For every person that's heard the music of Sevendust, there should be as many that know what the hell Clint's up to these days. Since his return, he's kept busy on the road, but in his off-road time, he's maintained his side project at home and in the studio!
Sevendust guitarist Clint Lowery is launching his second album Words That Sing Well under the title of his solo project, Hello Demons Meet Skeletons. This is not something you want to miss.
If, by some chance, this is new to you or you didn't grab the first album, Chills, don't sweat it; Clint's taken care of that for you by putting both the first and the NEW CDs together in one package this time around AND the 5 songs from the first EP are all Re-Mastered! We think that's pretty awesome, especially since the popularity of his voice ensured that he was SOLD OUT of copies of Chills!
This isn't something he's doing for recognition, and he isn't on a label or garnering sponsorship, etc. Hello Demons Meet Skeletons has risen from his heart to the guitar, from his voice to the CD, from his hands to yours. Directly. That's what it was meant to be, and that's how it remains. HDMS is a soulful, introspective journey into the heart of man; one that unrepentantly nominates truth, no matter how much light, dark or shadows it entails, as a crucial element in life.
Those of you that have heard Clint's voice on Sevendust's "Skeleton Song" & "Xmas Day" will love the Hello Demons Meet Skeletons songs; that's a given. For anyone that hasn't heard, head over to www.clintlowery.net and give the song "Summertime" a listen. You won't be disappointed.

The songs on the first CD, Chills, (released Oct. 12, 2008) were painfully honest, yet uplifting at the same time. You find yourself wondering if turning off the lights may cast more truth on a situation...You might even start to realize a few things about yourself, the world, your life. It's a fact. You can't listen to the Chills album without looking in the mirror. It is what I call an "any kind of mood" album, as well, which broadens the appeal!
So I'm sure, if you don't already know about HDMS, you can see why we're ANTICIPATING the arrival of the new album Words That Sing Well (WTSW) ! Every once in a while there's an artist, a song, a cd that strikes a chord in so many of us...it hits "home" (no 7dust pun intended). There's a wide-spanning community of HDMS/Clint Lowery fans out there. You can find them on social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook, (is Myspace still alive?) etc. They will all tell you the same thing. HDMS is beautiful, haunting, honest & will rock you to the core of who you are, who you thought you were, and finally, who you want to become.
Tuesday April 19 is the big day! That's when you can head over to Itunes for the 5 new tracks.
