The title of the Eye Empire CD Debut "Moment Of Impact" is considerably appropriate. From the moment the 1st song begins til the end of the final track, there's an apt amount of impressive, hardcore, almost familiar heavy music that shakes the need for genres off the table.

Corey  Lowery (Stuck Mojo/Stereomud/Dark New Day) and B.C. Kochmit (Switched) started this project back in 2007. With the help of Morgan Rose (Sevendust) on drums, they worked on developing their music & their own unique sound. After 2 years of threading music together, they found their Voice in Donald "DC" Carpenter, former vocalist for Submersed and just recently added drummer Will Hunt (Stuck Mojo, Skrape, Tommy Lee, Methods of Mayhem, Slaughter, Dark New Day, Motley Crue, Vince Neil (solo), Evanescence, Static-X, Crossfade, Bloodsimple, Black Label Society).

It's easy to sit here and talk about how much the CD rocks, how much ass it kicks on our ipods. The truth is, we want you to hear it for yourselves, make your own call on this one. Why? Because we have that much faith that so many of our readers will love what this band is offering. With a surprising guest appearance by Lajon Witherspoon of Sevendust, this CD will definitely make you glad you invested the time and (very little) cash.
